Lost username, password & verification email

If you are a member (or are registering as a member), you can request your username and/or password (or verification email) be emailed to you.

If you have registered but not received your verification email please also check the FAQs Page for suggestions on what you can do to fix the problem.

Please complete one of the two fields below. We need to know your username or the email address that you used to register for Cancer Buddies Network. Your username and password (or verification email) will then be sent to your registered email address.

If you can't remember either your username or the email address you used, you will need to contact us for help. Please provide as much information as you are able and we will locate your membership details for you.

* Please ensure that your registration email address is working and that your mailbox is not full. If you are using a service like AOL, Hotmail or Yahoo please ensure that you check the spam box too.
