If you have registered but not received your verification email and have already tried and failed to get it re-sent, please check the FAQs Page for suggestions on what you can do to fix the problem.

Please complete the two fields below. We need to know the username and email address that you used to register for Cancer Buddies Network. If you correctly complete both, your password or verification email will be sent to your registered email address.

If you can't remember the username and email combination, you will need to contact us for help. Please provide as much information as you are able and we will locate your membership details for you.
